I invited Petra Salhberg to join the State Executive Meeting in Week 9 to share her narrative on why she has set up the business she has and to share with us how she would like to support our teachers and school leaders in ensuring they prioritise their wellbeing. Petra spoke to us about how as teachers and leaders we create optimal conditions for students in our care to reach their full potential academically, socially and psychologically. Petra expressed her deep respect and knowledge of the role teachers and school leaders play in the lives of the students in each and every school setting.

As an Association we are relentless in our quest to see our system respond to Principal Wellbeing in all decisions made. Our individual responsibility comes in MANY different ways. This is one of the puzzle pieces you may like to consider.
