This term I have sat in on many Reference Group, Standing Committee and Working Party meetings. It never ceases to amaze me seeing the four pillars of the Association being woven through the work being led and covered. I would like to recognise the additional workload our Chairpersons, RG | WP | SC members and the Executive Liaisons take on to ensure they have optimised the opportunities to shape, influence and collaborate on all things that land in our schools in the first instance and how they go about responding to issues when things simply don’t land in our schools at all well.

The Association business is such a priority and HOW we operate matters. Thank you one and all for the significant contribution you make not only at your term meetings but also recognise the importance of the ‘between meeting’ work. These groups have really transformed how they operate and narrowed their focus to ensure they are responding to an representing the needs of their colleague principals. Please extend my gratitude to your members. The Executive and I along with your colleagues across NSW applaud you for the work you do and commitment to your role as Executive of the NSWPPA.
