Jumpstart for New Principals | Deputy President Michael Burgess
In response to feedback from the NSWPPA the Finance and Service experience teams are developing a support program to be called 'JumpStart'. This program will support newly appointed Principals to develop their financial/operational planning and systems knowledge. At your PPC meeting you will be asked for feedback on four questions which are provided below to think about prior to your meeting.
- What would make a difference to new Principals in reducing the 'operational overwhelm'?
- What would empower new Principals to become more efficient in operational planning and management?
- Can you envisage a new digital service that would support a new Principal in their role?
- Are there Principals that would like to be involved in the co-design of Jumpstart
