Some schools are experiencing budget concerns due to increased casual costs. The advice, from the School Strategic Resourcing team, is that in the first instance to discuss the issue with your DEL. They have started to monitor schools casual spending and have been in contact with some schools that have already spent their casual budgets. The team also recognises that there are schools that have been unable to find casuals and hence have most of their SFLM budget remaining.
