This is a practical, skill-based and experiential program designed to draw on powerful research.

The Elements of this 6-day program are:
- A pre-workshop phase that prepares participants for the program through structured reflection.
- Two x 3-day intensive workshops where the learning is practical, experiential and interactive.
- A practicum phase between the intensive programs, where participants work in peer coaching groups
Cost $3921.50 per participant (ex GST)
